A Snapshot of Your Day 

Your mission is to translate our strategy into concrete operational execution and deliver measurable performance improvements. As a Transformation Project Manager within the Switchgear PMO, you ensure that initiatives are managed in a structured manner and effectively aligned with one another, while also taking direct ownership of selected initiatives.
In this role, you drive end-to-end implementation - from structured problem definition through to sustainable deployment across manufacturing sites and operational processes. You work where impact is created: along key core processes and in close collaboration with plants and cross-functional teams to achieve tangible, measurable results.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Management of initiatives and end-to-end leadership of selected projects, from problem definition through to sustainable implementation
  • Translation of strategic initiatives into operational actions across core processes and manufacturing sites
  • Further development of PMO structures and governance frameworks to ensure effective management and execution of transformation initiatives
  • Establishment of robust steering mechanisms, including progress tracking, pacing, and escalation management, to ensure target achievement
  • Identification and realization of improvement opportunities in manufacturing sites through close collaboration with local and central teams
  • Embedding sustainable impact through the definition of KPIs, ownership structures, and clear accountability frameworks
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of switchgear products, processes, and manufacturing operations
  • Proven track record of leading task forces and delivering measurable operational improvements
  • Experience collaborating with factory teams and implementing on-site improvement initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with a strong execution mindset in dynamic transformation environments
