A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us in a role where you will take charge of planning of the Pre-assembly & Commissioning Ports, ensuring alignment with best practices and project requirements. You will facilitate the contractor selection process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure relevant standards are utilized and updated. As you complete handovers to CNPM, Site Managers, and Installation Leads, you will also conduct periodic reviews of project execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review project concepts, including Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA), Order Intake Calculations (OIC), and Construction Execution Plans.
• Plan according to project budgets and support CNPM during monthly MIKA / forecast processes.

• Create project specific plans covering site mobilization planning, tower build analysis, quayside equipment mobilization and de-mobilization planning, component delivery planning, site part delivery planning, site de-mobilization planning
• Define site layouts for preassembly & Commissioning sites including details relating to existing infrastructure, Quayside Areas, Component Storage Areas, Heavy Lift Areas, Office, Warehouse & Platform Facility locations, transportation routes etc.
• Supported by En EQ ensure layouts and equipment used are in accordance with site specific restrictions e.g. Ground Bearing Pressures, site gradients and materials etc.
• Confirmation of Installation Vessel Interface and Component loadout supported by Marine Operations & Lifting Departments
• Work with the Lifting Appointed Person (AP) to ensure the pre-assembly Crane setup is aligned with tower type, quayside equipment setup and loadout requirements
• Work with the Lead Nominated Person (LNP) to define the Pre-Assembly sites electrical infrastructure requirements and operational consumption values

What You Bring

• A degree in a technical or practical field, or relevant mechanical/construction experience in marine or civil environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles with a strong focus on project management.
• Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and a commitment to taking responsibility for your choices.
• A solution-driven mindset, with a willingness to update working methods and techniques as needed.
