- Drive sustainability reporting and help shape the sustainability roadmap for Installation & Commissioning
- Strengthen the organization’s competence management by maintaining and improving role profiles and training structures
- Enhance the Installation & Commissioning Academy through continuous development and content support
- Develop and implement cyber resilience measures to increase preparedness at construction and project sites
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives, acting as a deputy in key digital transformation projects
- Support leadership with process optimization, workshop facilitation, and annual safety-related programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a university or technical university
- High motivation as a starting professional with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Readiness to spend 3–5 months on construction sites during the initial training period
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across processes and organizational interfaces
- Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and competence development topics
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German (C1) and English (B1) as well as a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
