A Snapshot of Your Day 

Analyze sustainability reporting to support baseline definition and target setting. Coordinate sustainability-related activities with project sites worldwide. Manage competence profiles and skill data within the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP).Support the development and communication of installation & commissioning training programs. Contribute to cyber resilience initiatives, including creating crisis playbooks and contact plans. Assist EC management with productivity tracking, lessons learned, workshop preparation, and safety induction activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Drive sustainability reporting and help shape the sustainability roadmap for Installation & Commissioning
  • Strengthen the organization’s competence management by maintaining and improving role profiles and training structures
  • Enhance the Installation & Commissioning Academy through continuous development and content support
  • Develop and implement cyber resilience measures to increase preparedness at construction and project sites
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives, acting as a deputy in key digital transformation projects
  • Support leadership with process optimization, workshop facilitation, and annual safety-related programs
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a university or technical university
  • High motivation as a starting professional with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Readiness to spend 3–5 months on construction sites during the initial training period
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across processes and organizational interfaces
  • Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and competence development topics
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in German (C1) and English (B1) as well as a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
