Join our team as a motivated and experienced technician, where your background in offshore or maritime industries will shine. You’ll embark from Eemshaven to our SOV-operated windfarm, working in a 14-day on/off rotation. Your journey will involve progressing to a troubleshooter role, leveraging your troubleshooting skills and leadership experience. Become part of a multicultural team with extensive wind industry expertise, many of whom have been with the Gemini windfarm since its inception, thanks to the exceptional working atmosphere.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repair works, and assist in troubleshooting on wind turbines.
• Work on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with Siemens Gamesa standards.
• Assist in completing contractual extra scopes, including TMSE, crane, and lift inspection and maintenance.
• Provide accurate reporting and utilize electronic workflow systems for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a 14-day rotation, transferring to turbines via CTV and walk-to-work systems.

What You Bring

• MBO-2 electrical education or equivalent (EQF-2).
• Experience working at sea and in rotation schedules.
• Proven skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; network or telecommunication experience is a plus.
• Flexibility, analytical skills, and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Residency in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate within 3 months..
