- Strong theoretical understanding of power electronic converters
- Practical experience in power electronics or FEM simulations through academic projects, thesis work, lectures, or professional experience
- High motivation to work on cutting-edge power electronics technologies and willingness to learn new subject areas
- Independent and self‑motivated working style within a dynamic environment, combined with commitment to personal development and continuous improvement
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills considered an advantage
