Sobre el papel
As a Controller (f/m/d) working with the Offshore Infrastructure & Logistics (OI&L) team, you will support the team in all commercial and financial aspects across the portfolio of projects. You will help ensure projects are executed according to Siemens Energy's Project Management standards, customer requirements, and financial reporting guidelines. You will collaborate closely with financial controlling teams to drive successful project outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act according to Business Conduct Guidelines, ICFR, HGB, and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy FRG and local GAAP requirements
- Establish and maintain a reporting and controlling structure within OI&L team. Carry out monthly project forecasting in coordination with the PM OI&L, continuously improving planning quality
- Be the principal point of contact for all commercial questions. Support the PM OI&L in identifying and minimizing non-conformance costs while optimising expenses
- Prepare commercial documentation for status meetings and ensure accuracy of project data such as Forecast planning (Planned vers Actual), MIKA, and cash flow
- Use tools such as Project Dash, SAP, PMImpact and I2 to manage project data, reporting and cost input to tender calculations
- Review monitor and quality check incoming invoices. Supporting the PM O&I in all financial project elements
- Completed Commercial Apprenticeship and long-term experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in quantitative thinking, systemic thinking, and problem identification.
- Advanced collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural teams
- Goal-oriented with resilience and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Advanced digital skills including data management and data literacy
- Fluent in German and English
