- Health and Wellbeing of Employees: Promoting health and wellbeing among employees is a crucial aspect of our HR strategy. We aim to create a supportive environment that encourages healthy lifestyles and provides resources for mental and physical wellbeing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand organizational needs and recommend HR strategies that support business growth
- Actively engage in people-related topics such as employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development
- Advise management on hiring strategies, compensation matters, and workforce planning.
- Adapt global HR programs and develop local initiatives in areas such as leadership development, employer branding, and workforce engagement
- Drive and support change management initiatives including organizational design, policy development, and process optimization
- Collaborate on cross-border HR projects related to simplification, harmonization, digital transformation, and leadership development
- Partner closely with HR Centers of Competence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems & Solutions) to co-create effective HR solutions
- Communicate HR programs and processes effectively to managers and employees to drive transparency and understanding
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing relevant actions
- Ensure up-to-date and compliant HR policies; provide responses to employee queries related to labor law and HR practices
- Support reporting and communication with employee representatives and social partners and coordinate workers council
- University degree, preferably HR, Economics or Psychology or Engineering
- Significant experience in HR, preferably in an international environment
- Labor legislation knowledge will be necessary
- Proven skills of partnering with: managers in business, employees, providers, HR professionals, and ideally with international colleagues
- Excel – on advanced level will be a great benefit
- Dutch, French and English language knowledge
