Sobre el papel
- Lead the expansion of Siemens Energy’s transformer service portfolio by developing innovative, customer-centric offerings that are scalable and drive sustainability and business performance
- Run pilot initiatives to validate new service concepts, gather customer feedback, and refine offerings for successful market entry
- Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external customers to co-create services that extend asset life and reduce environmental impact
- Drive commercialization efforts through structured innovation processes and R&D project management, ensuring timely roll-out and adoption
- Transfer developed portfolio elements to our operations organization as a strategic step in scaling delivery and impact
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience with transformers or other high-voltage assets, and a deep understanding of service business models
- Strong background in innovation, strategic partnerships, or M&A is a plus
- Business acumen and creativity to develop customer-centric, commercially viable solutions
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- High intercultural competence and experience in global, interdisciplinary teams
- Entrepreneurial attitude, organized approach, and effective working style
