A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Customer Fleet Management (CFM) team and become the trusted partner for some of our largest Oil & Gas customers in the Americas. Each day, you’ll work closely with customers to ensure their gas turbine, compressor, and steam turbine fleets are meeting peak reliability and availability goals – two factors that matter most to them. You’ll provide clear, transparent performance reporting, reduce product issues, and spot opportunities to improve uptime. By collaborating with engineering, sales, and product teams, you’ll help optimize systems, resolve urgent challenges, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Your work will directly shape efficiency, performance, and innovation in the region’s energy landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive and monitor key customers’ satisfaction and fleet performance using Reliability & Availability KPIs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, identifying and escalating risks quickly for timely resolution.
  • Advise product management and sales teams on improving product reliability based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and present Reliability & Availability KPI reports to customers and Siemens Energy management regularly.
  • Propose new Customer Technical Services (CTS) offerings based on identified customer needs.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, commercialization, or business development, ideally in the Oil & Gas or Distributed Generation market working with large corporate accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; Master’s in energy systems or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, project management tools, and methodologies; strong background in risk, resource, and timeline management.
  • Proven success in optimization, automation, and improvement projects, with strong customer focus and leadership skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all organizational levels and diverse international markets; cultural awareness and multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Willing to travel 30% domestically and internationally.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
