How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the technical contact for all customs-related questions in Sweden, providing in-depth guidance on origin and Intrastat matters
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain customs regulations in close contact with country customs authorities
  • Build and optimize proactive systems for detecting customs law issues and improving existing processes
  • Conduct regular spot checks and on-site audits to ensure legal compliance and uniform application across the Nordics
  • Design and deliver targeted customs training programs, including e-learning, for colleagues and group companies

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in customs law, including non-preferential and preferential origin, Intrastat, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience developing and optimizing customs processes and conducting audits
  • Strong ability to build networks, share knowledge, and implement best practices across teams
  • Experience defining IT system requirements for customs law and collaborating with internal departments
  • Advanced English proficiency; willingness to travel within Sweden and the Nordics

About the Team

You’ll join a dedicated team focused on ensuring customs compliance and legal consistency across Siemens Energy’s operations in Sweden and the broader Nordics region. The team works closely with country customs authorities, internal departments, and group companies to develop best practices and deliver targeted training. Together, you’ll build a strong customs network, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in customs processes.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
