Step into a dynamic role within our Sales Operations team, where you’ll champion the accuracy and reliability of our CRM data, directly supporting gas turbine customers on their journey toward more sustainable solutions. As the product catalogue owner, you’ll collaborate closely with service lines to ensure our product master data is structured and visualized clearly, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your day will be filled with reviewing and updating Salesforce records, resolving data issues with colleagues and project managers, and providing expert support on CRM-related questions. You’ll be the trusted voice of the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) Finspång team in global forums, helping shape the future of our sales operations. How You’ll Make an Impact

·        Enter new customer master data and contract details into Salesforce, ensuring every record is complete and correct.

·        Update and maintain customer and contract records as changes occur, guaranteeing timeliness and traceability.

·        Perform routine validations and data quality checks, proactively resolving duplicates and inconsistencies using CRM controls and documented procedures.

·        Serve as the MGT key point of contact for Salesforce best practices, supporting and training colleagues in effective CRM usage.

·        Coordinate sustaining tasks for the service Product Catalogue, keeping data elements aligned with product positioning strategies.

What You Bring

·        Enthusiasm to develop: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

·        An eye for detail: Strong attention to detail, structured way of working, and a commitment to data accuracy.

·        Appreciation for CRM tools: Familiarity with CRM concepts (Salesforce exposure is a plus), basic reporting, and Excel/Sheets.

·        Communication is key: Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales and project functions locally and globally.

·        Beneficial skills: Understanding of data flows, business processes, and data dependencies (e.g., mapping Account IDs); experience with data querying (SOQL/SOSL) and data utilities (such as Data Loader); familiarity with SAP or other business systems.

About the Team

Our Sales Operations team is a vital part of the Product Positioning group, dedicated to enabling seamless product delivery and customer engagement. We support marketing strategy and materials, CPQ tool development, customer portal data management, Salesforce data management, and product catalogue ownership. By integrating these areas, we strengthen our sales operations, delivering real business value to our sales organization and customers, and supporting the full lifecycle of our service products—from concept to retirement.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
