How You’ll Make an Impact

• Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts and components
• Moving the pieces or the products to the next stage of the manufacturing process
• Keeping the workstations orderly and storing & maintaining the tools, parts, test equipment and documentation
• Following the targets and deadlines for assembling process and preparing reports on daily basis
• Building & developing the test instructions and reviewing them for improved production
• Ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35–50 lbs

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED, and a strong foundation in manufacturing or assembly work
• A collaborative spirit and positive attitude that makes you a valued team member
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain tools, equipment, and documentation with care
• Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially when working with small, intricate components
• Confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide your work

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
