Your work will directly support the production of reliable, high-quality components used around the world.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts and components
- Moving the pieces or the products to the next stage of the manufacturing process
- Keeping the workstations orderly and storing & maintaining the tools, parts, test equipment and documentation
- Following the targets and deadlines for assembling process and preparing reports on daily basis
- Building & developing the test instructions and reviewing them for improved production
- Ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35–50 lbs
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or GED, and a strong foundation in manufacturing or assembly work
- A collaborative spirit and positive attitude that makes you a valued team member
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain tools, equipment, and documentation with care
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially when working with small, intricate components
- Confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide your work
