Your profile
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computers, Business Administration, or equal, with hands-on experience in enterprise service management in a global set-up
- 7-10 years of total working experience in a similar role, ideally including Project management
- Strong technical knowledge on interfaces, enterprise application integration and networking
- Good knowledge and working experience in ITIL practices/processes.
- Capable in enterprise service design, operation and process analysis
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; good organizational skills.
- Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
- High responsiveness and keen perception, learn quickly and deliver.
- Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives.
- Working with International teams in a similar role a must
Your Responsibilities
Service and maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues and requests.
- Escalate product bugs or unresolvable cases to right channels or suppliers.
- Release management: drive implementation of releases, coordinate user acceptance test
- Possible roll-out management, coordinate global stakeholders.
- Stakeholder, Partner Management and Business Relationship management regarding your services and deliverables
- Perform regular service reporting to all the key stakeholders.
- Perform service budgeting, defining strategies for service enhancement.
