In this role, each day begins with a safety briefing and team huddle to review goals, challenges, and key priorities. You’ll work collaboratively with your team developing hands‑on skills in rotor and stator winding while gaining exposure to multiple generator configurations in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.

As part of our team, you will support the safe, efficient assembly of critical generator components. Through teamwork and hands-on expertise in rotor and stator winding, you will help ensure high-quality, reliable products while building skills across a range of generator designs.

Ability to obtain an ACT® WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Level or higher) as part of the pre-hire assessment. Siemens Energy will assist in scheduling the test upon shortlisting
6. Fitness Test
Complete a quick physical assessment to ensure you’re ready for the role requirements. Must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
