About the Role
- Define and implement a governance framework for FACTS/SynCon solutions to ensure consistency, quality, and standardization across the technology portfolio
- Develop standardized service solutions definitions, architectures, and technical documentation to facilitate scalable deployment by execution units
- Oversee processes for solution updates, enhancements, and lifecycle management, acting as the subject matter expert for the FACTS/SynCon portfolio
- Manage the entire solution lifecycle from strategic planning and definition to market launch and end-of-life, creating and communicating the strategic product roadmap
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for solution innovation and enhancement, translating strategies into detailed product requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering sector as Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or other closely related fields
- Long term experience in technical product management, solution management, or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex technical projects or solutions, preferably in the energy or high-tech industry
- Proficient in product and solution management, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with skills in market research, data-driven decision making, and business acumen
- Fluent in English, with excellent collaboration and influencing skills. German as nice to have
