Make standard technical specification and requirements, fulfill the task and target set by the company, solve the problems happened in the manufacturing process and provide technical support and trouble shooting.
 
How You’ll Make an Impact
- ‌Strategic Implementation: Responsible for the company's lean digitalization project, promoting the improvement of intelligent manufacturing and Industry Lean 4.0 level.
- System Integration‌: Lead business requirement definition, process reengineering, and integration of core systems including MES, SAP, WMS, and BI platforms to ensure unified master data and end-to-end visibility.
- Data Empowerment‌: Build an operational data decision platform using ‌Python‌, ‌SQL‌, and ‌Power BI‌ to develop real-time KPI dashboards (Delivery KPI, Quality, OEE, Utilization, inventory turnover, etc.) enabling data-driven management decisions.
- Capability Development‌: Design and deliver training programs to cultivate internal “Digital Artisans” (low-code developers, data analysts) and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring
- ‌Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
- ‌Experience: Minimum ‌5 years‌ in manufacturing industry; ‌3+ years‌ leading digital transformation or smart manufacturing projects; experience in ‌Smart Manufacturing Pilot Projects‌ highly preferred
- Technical Skills: 
  Proficient in ‌MES/WMS‌ system architecture and business logic
  Expert in ‌data analysis tools‌: Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  Hands-on experience with ‌low-code platforms‌ (e.g. JianDao Cloud or QingLiu Cloud)
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication and change management skills
