About the Role
- Implement Zenon and WinCC OA HMI features for framework and customer projects.
- Design and implement HMI Typical objects: mapping with a Plant Data Model
- Continuously deepen your expertise about Siemens Energy HVDC and FACTS Control & Protection systems to enhance solution quality.
- Work closely with customer project execution teams, offering hands-on support.
- Use C&P software components, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues.
- Work alongside platform technical experts to troubleshoot challenges and propose practical improvements to project workflows.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Long-lasting experience with Human Machine Interface Software (e.g. Zenon, WinCC OA) and with Control Script / C# / JS
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS on GUI and CLI
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as IEC61850 (IEC104, OPC), ideally experience with GIT version control development / CICD deployment tooling
- Basic domain knowledge of HVDC (HGÜ) and FACTS station types
- Fluency both in English and German
