A Snapshot of Your Day
The SAP S/4E Implementation Rollout Manager for GT SV NA plays a critical role in driving the successful deployment of S/4HANA Service processes across the region. Acting as the primary liaison between the global IT/S4 rollout teams and regional business stakeholders, this role ensures functional readiness, orchestrates implementation deliverables, and secures business adoption for go-live. The Rollout Manager will oversee change impact activities, facilitate testing cycles, and serve as the regional subject-matter contact for all service-related SAP topics.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the central communication bridge between global SAP program teams and regional Service business units. Translate technical requirements into business language and ensure business needs are clearly represented to the global rollout organization. Ensure alignment with global standards while advocating for regional requirements and constraints.
- Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of rollout deliverables for the Service workstream. Drive milestone completion, ensuring dependencies across functional and technical teams are addressed. Coordinate cutover activities, readiness assessments, and hypercare transitions for Service-related processes.
- Organize and facilitate Change Impact Analysis (CIA) workshops with Service stakeholders.
- Document, communicate, and track process impacts and required business readiness actions. Partner with Change Management teams to ensure adoption plans, communications, and training are aligned.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for the Service workstream, including tester preparation, scenario coverage, and defect management. Ensure business users understand test scripts, data needs, and acceptance criteria. Consolidate test results and drive defect resolution with global IT teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP S/4 Service process questions within the region. Provide guidance, clarification, and decision support to the business during design, build, testing, and deployment phases. Support knowledge transfer and reinforce understanding of S/4 Service end-to-end processes.
- Apply a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce to analyze processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements. Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation while collaborating with IT and business teams to support the integration and optimization of these systems and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Service Management, Field Service, or Customer Service process environments.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional deliverables. Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Time management skills and attention to detail. Experience in change management and delivery training.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, formulas).
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum of 5-8 years of experience in demonstrated ERP modules, business transformation projects, supply chain, project management or related role.
