A Snapshot of Your Day


The Resource Coordinator plays a key role in a collaborative team environment, ensuring qualified field safety and engineering personnel are deployed to support both internal and external stakeholders. This position directly influences safety, quality, and financial outcomes across Siemens Energy operations.

Additionally, the role leads SESI’s safety program by delivering relevant safety information and coordinating completion of required training for field personnel.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Facilitate onboarding and assignment coordination between personnel and customers
  • Ensure job-specific training and qualifications are met for each assignment
  • Confirm employees have the necessary IT tools and resources to perform effectively
  • Maintain accurate assignment records and data entry in Salesforce
  • Escalate safety and HR concerns to management promptly
  • Support performance evaluations and follow through on required actions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures; communicate updates to vendors and personnel
  • Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to meet short- and long-term resource needs

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the environmental health and safety (EHS) field
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulations
  • Proven ability to drive results and make informed decisions
  • Clear and proactive communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
