About the Role
- Build and expand a qualified sales channel to meet compression service program sales targets in the region through partnering with internal and external customers
- Lead the preparation of formal bids and coordinated proposals
- Support contract negotiations with customers, backed by the regional legal team and Global LTP team
- Harmonize offerings and integrate localized content across multiple product lines, ensuring a seamless One Train Approach
- Model regional LTP costs, including field service, project management, locally procured parts, and regional managed overhauls, and present to management
- Coordinate with the New Equipment sales organization on LTP opportunities
- Develop a joint strategy with the Global CP LTP team to ensure the successful implementation of service programs
- A college degree in engineering and/or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in developing and driving sales projects to closure, including direct customer interactions
- Strong understanding of the relevant market and business environment, including market analysis, competition analysis, risk analysis, and life cycle cost analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Siemens Energy compressor portfolio and its associated equipment
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to engage effectively with both internal and external customers
- An ambitious approach, driven by the desire to achieve outstanding results and compete at the highest level
