A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Quality Control Team Leader, you manage customer concerns, new employee onboarding, training on systems, and confirm closure of issues. You conduct shift meetings, coordinate training, inspect production areas. You liaise with Engineering, provide materials for Quality Assurance, fill in for absent members, and complete training and certification processes. Maintaining the training matrix, holding weekly meetings, ensuring production targets, and reporting performance are also key tasks. You assist with continuous improvement projects and mentor team members.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leading daily shift meetings to align teams on tasks and priorities.
  • Overseeing onboarding, on‑the‑job training, and certification processes in partnership with the training department.
  • Conducting spot checks and audits to ensure compliance and quality in production areas.
  • Coordinating training schedules while balancing workforce development with production targets.
  • Tracking and reporting performance metrics, developing KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to build skills and drive engagement.


What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of experience in quality control or a related field. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in quality management software, SAP, and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to mentor, guide, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and the ability to work independently or within a team.
