A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of the automation project across 70% of the production lines in the factory. This role involves daily coordination with global teams, including headquarters in Germany and other factories worldwide executing the same initiative. Key activities include:

  • Planning and prioritizing project tasks, aligning schedules and resources for the automation rollout.
  • Facilitating cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve technical issues.
  • Leading negotiations with solution providers, focusing on technical requirements, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Overseeing integration of software, robotics, and system interfaces, ensuring seamless operation across automated lines.
  • Monitoring project progress using data-driven metrics, reporting status and risks to senior management and global teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to optimize automation processes and technologies.

What You Bring

Hard Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in automation or manufacturing environments. PMP Certification is a differentiation.
  • Strong knowledge of software, robotics, and systems integration.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics to monitor project success.
  • Technology Implementation Experience.
  • Familiarity with WMS and SAP.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing technical contracts.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in industrial settings.

Soft Skills:
