About the Role
How You’ll Make an Impact
Your role as a Production Supervisor will be pivotal in ensuring that Siemens Energy continues to deliver on its promise of exceptional energy solutions. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Support the Production Manager in effectively managing a workforce to accomplish daily, monthly, and annual targets, ensuring that we meet and exceed our goals.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring processes and eliminating bottlenecks, ensuring that production is always running smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean techniques and digitalization, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with teams across different functions to improve processes and products, ensuring that Siemens Energy stays at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop a strong, motivated team through rigorous training and development programs, ensuring that every team member is equipped to perform exceptionally.
What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree, providing a solid foundation in technical and managerial skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in leadership and getting results.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive performance, with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
