About the Role
- Country: Germany
- State/Province/County: Bayern
- Cooperate and collaborate with the Switching Product Management, Innovation Management and Product Owners of switching ART’s to ensure a high grade of alignment between overall backlog and team’s backlog
- Transfer prioritized overall backlog into team backlog and align content, priorities and way of realization with the development team
- Cooperate and collaborate with all interfaces on a regular basis to ensure that all relevant conditions, requirements and changes are transparent and considered at all times
- Manage all resources and partners relevant for the adherence to the development targets in an international and cross collaborative environment
- Align and synchronize team backlog with the cycles of other backlogs
- University degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in technologies relevant to high-voltage switching components and products development, ideally with experience in research, prototyping, or technology validation
- Strong ability to translate innovative technology concepts into tangible product ideas, balancing creativity with practical feasibility and market potential.
- Proven capability in managing and steering collaborations with internal R&D teams, external research partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate innovation and knowledge transfer.
- Agile mindset - Experience in leading agile teams, embrace change, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement with the focus on customer value
- Very good communication skills and fluent in English
- Willingness to travel (20%)
