- Lead R&D projects focused on steam turbine service, mainly for the SDE-frame and it´s legacy fleet, managing budgets and aligning with strategic goals.
- Transform technical solutions into market-ready service products and evaluate possible business models through cross-collaboration.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new steam turbine service products globally.
- Support portfolio management by identifying gaps and trends in the steam turbine service portfolio.
- Develop communication channels to improve transparency and information flow within the organization.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
- Many years of experience with steam turbines and a strong preference for experience with SDE-frame and legacy units.
- Cross experience in some of the areas field service, sales, project management, and/or engineering in connection to steam turbine-technology is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with overall responsibility and drive projects/teams based on leadership.
- Innovative and customer-focused approach, with a willingness to travel for customer interactions and trade shows.
- Proficiency in English (other language skills are a plus), with the ability to translate technical details into commercial clarity.
