Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a Project Scheduler in Orlando, FL to deliver, schedule and support products to secure winning bids and deliver service outage projects for large gas/steam turbines and generators.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Provide sales, marketing and service programs high-level schedules to win bids for new work and support district service offices planning outages.
  • Work with the team to pursue continuous professional development.
  • Drive organizational change through feedback, coaching, training, engagements with leadership and manage the supporting processes, procedures and tools.
  • 15% domestic travel required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience.
  • Full term of experience must include: MS Project for project planning;
  • CPM (critical path method);
  • Generating and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports and performance analysis;
  • Managing projects related to energy infrastructure, including the planning, scheduling and coordination;
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the scheduling and execution of projects;
  • Monitoring project progress via on-site visits;
  • Familiarity with technologies and practices for energy sector power generation and distribution;
  • Data analysis and report generation using advanced MS Excel and Power Point;
  • Development of infrastructure projects that support electrical distribution.
  • 15% domestic travel required.
