About the Role
Onsite Logistician (OSL)
Job Description:
• Coordinate nd support all logistics activities throughout service projects across Israel.
• Receive, inspect, register, organize, and store tools, spare parts, and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage and supervise the complete tool lifecycle throughout the project, including tool availability, quality control, storage conditions, rental tools, and return of rented tools.
• Provide operational support and supply tools to field specialists on demand, while supporting technicians with tools and spare parts requirements.
• Maintain the organization and operation of the tool warehouse, including issuing tools and equipment to project sites and ensuring their return upon project completion.
• Coordinate daily with Site Managers, Project Managers, warehouse personnel, field teams, suppliers, and transportation providers.
• Handle equipment receiving, deliveries, transportation, shipments, and returns according to project requirements.
• Report shortages, damages, defects, and deviations, and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Work with SAP, Excel, and the TCTP tool management system.
• Work at customer sites across Israel as part of ongoing service projects and support activities between projects at the tool warehouse.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working with tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience supporting on-site service projects – significant advantage.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Experience working with SAP and Excel.
• Good command of English.
