A Snapshot of Your Day 

As MR Planning & Control, you will manage the assigned group of components within the ERP system and relevant project databases in support of change programs and future customer demands. You will lead ERP compliance from a delivery and inventory perspective, through ownership and maintenance of relevant parameters and in compliance with policies and practices for the assigned components within the change programs. Ensure effective management of all inventories owned and the associated parts (material at outside points), including auditing. Analyze customer demand (internal & external) requirements and supply situation and respond to queries on said demand.

Additionally, you will work with configuration to support the creation and maintenance of new BOMs in support of new product introduction or product change process. Work within the assigned integrated project teams to ensure schedule adherence to the manufacturing launch plan, the demands of the change programs, and future demands of the business post the implementation of the program through regular reviews with the supplier. Support the IPT with information for passing the relevant change processes: New Product Introduction, Product Change, or Supplier Change Initiatives.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
Develop alternatives/substitutions in collaboration with technical and strategic functions to maintain requirements adherence.
Drive continuous improvement activities within their supply chain, e.g., optimize inventory levels, improve delivery reliability, reduce lead times, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Monitor and fix invoicing issues related to their purchase orders.
Support the Sales and Operations Business Planning process.
Ensure that the load and capacity implications are reviewed and understood for the defined set of part numbers at each of the suppliers within the change program.
Ensure all unresolved issues are escalated in a timely and effective manner.

What You Bring   
University Degree with related work experience in manufacturing environment 5-10 years
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to easily build rapport within all levels of the organization.
Planning proactive – anticipates problems and develops effective plans / contingency actions.
Communication – ensures key messages are understood and the required actions are taken.
Problem solving – can solve problems and get things done.
Robustness – copes well with pressure uncertainty and changing circumstances.
Fluent in English speaking(Mandatory)
Key Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerBI, Teams), SAP and MS Project.
