A Snapshot of Your Day 

In the area of project scheduling at Siemens Energy Transmission, there is basically no 
day that is the same as the next. Considering your duties as an integral part of the 
project management team, you will face new challenges every day across all project 
phases.

Regardless of whether you find your use in an offer project or in the execution of future-
oriented electricity transmission projects, you are an active part of the energy transition. 
You are part of a sustainable power supply strategy, which is to be further implemented
in the coming years with many projects. 

As part of your tasks, you will help to plan and implement the project’s goals in 
teamwork and with foresight, to give the project a compass to solve any challenges that 
may arise in the best possible way. As part of your work, you help design the 
prerequisites to secure the energy supply of the future.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Perform scheduling during the bid or settlement phase for complex turnkey power transmission projects
  • Create, customize, and update a settlement schedule with over 4000 activities using Primavera P6
  • Plan and coordinate contract schedules with project management, engineering, construction management, and subcontractors throughout execution
  • Regularly update the schedule, considering project management methods and reporting, including critical path analysis, milestone trend analysis, and earned value management
  • Detect deviations through analysis and develop appropriate countermeasures
  • Ensure schedule adherence by conducting deviation analysis and implementing corrective actions
What You Bring
  • Technical degree or training with extensive professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning interfaces
  • Expert in scheduling, resource and project planning, controlling, critical path analysis, and network engineering
  • Proficient in PRIMAVERA Enterprise, P6 / MS Project
  • Excellent language skills in German and English with intercultural competence
  • Experience in EPC projects, ideally in power transmission
  • Practical experience from construction site assignments
