As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you support our DevOps ecosystem by maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient, high-quality software delivery. Your day includes optimizing build systems, ensuring tool reliability, monitoring pipeline performance, and collaborating closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and introduce automation improvements.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to ensure seamless integration and high availability.

Improve development workflows by managing compilers, static analysis tools, and containerized build environments.

Enable better engineering insights through visualization and monitoring of CI/CD metrics.

Strengthen security and compliance across build and deployment processes.

Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, enhancing delivery quality and speed.

Design scalable pipeline solutions that support continuous delivery across multiple projects.
What You Bring

10+ years of strong hands-on experience with GitLab, Git, Linux, WSL, CMake, Conan, and modern CI/CD tooling.

Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized build workflows.

Ability to script in Bash, Python, Perl, and familiarity with C++ environments.

A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
