A Snapshot of Your Day 
The Key Account Manager will ensure business continuity within the Grid Technologies Sales team in Brazil. As an Expert Professional, this role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key existing clients, aligning with the strategic objectives of the Latin America sales organization. To achieve this, the role focuses on three core areas: Strategic Account Planning & Growth, Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence, and Sales Operations & Reporting. These areas are designed to cover the development of long-term sales strategies, the nurturing of high-level client relationships, and the maintenance of operational efficiency and accurate forecasting. Given the focus on strategic growth and high-level client engagement, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in key account management within the energy or technology sector. They must demonstrate mastery in consultative selling, strategic planning, and relationship building, supported by strong business acumen and proficiency with CRM systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
Strategic Account Planning & Growth
- Develop and implement medium to long-range sales plans for a portfolio of key accounts to protect, grow, and diversify revenue streams.
- Identify and qualify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across multiple Grid Technologies business lines.
- Create and execute client retention and growth strategies, defining value propositions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of new sales processes and standards that impact the achievement of functional results for the Brazil sales team.
Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting executive-level relationships.
- Lead the resolution of complex customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to report on performance, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using the company CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales presentations and reports to both clients and internal leadership.
- Analyze and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends to inform regional sales strategy.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Extensive and proven experience in key account management or technical sales, preferably within the energy, grid technology, or a related industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
  • Fluent English level
