About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
- Drive and safeguard the Integrated Program Plan (IPP) as the single source of truth, ensuring consistent alignment of rollout plans, rollout factory operational plans (OPPs), milestones, dependencies, and quality gates based on the Golden Plan Template logic.
- Design, evolve, and enforce the S4 PMO governance framework, ensuring standardized planning assumptions, controlled replanning, and governed handling of off rhythm or exception scenarios.
- Proactively manage interdependencies and handovers across Solution, Test, Data Migration, Change, and Rollout streams, ensuring synchronized execution, clear entry/exit criteria, and avoidance of siloed or conflicting planning logic.
- Provide executive level insights through integrated planning views, dashboards, and reports; prepare steering committees and management boards with fact based status, scenario impacts, risks, and mitigation options derived from the IPP.
- Lead program wide dependency management, ensuring tight linkage between risks, milestones, quality gates, and delivery commitments, and supporting program leadership in safeguarding delivery stability and value realization.
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable discipline; advanced certifications are a strong advantage
- Extensive experience in PMO leadership, program management, or large scale transformation roles within complex IT or ERP environments
- Proven hands on leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, preferably within multi wave, factory based, or industrialized rollout models
- Deep expertise in Integrated Program Planning and established program and portfolio management frameworks (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2), combined with strong command of enterprise planning and tracking tools such as Jira
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in multi factory, multi vendor delivery models, balancing governance rigor with delivery pragmatism
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership when required
