A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Integrated Program Management Expert (m/f/d) for S4E, you will play a central and trusted role within Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA (S4E Unify) transformation program, with a strong focus on Integrated Program Planning (IPP).

As a trusted advisor to program and its leadership, you will shape and safeguard end to end planning, governance, and execution across rollouts and factories. You will ensure that delivery is vertically and horizontally integrated, consistently applying the IPP, Golden Plan Template principles embedded within the S4E Unify framework.

You will act as a strategic integrator and quality authority, driving transparency, predictability, and fact based decision making across a complex, multi year, industrialized transformation landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Drive and safeguard the Integrated Program Plan (IPP) as the single source of truth, ensuring consistent alignment of rollout plans, rollout factory operational plans (OPPs), milestones, dependencies, and quality gates based on the Golden Plan Template logic.
  • Design, evolve, and enforce the S4 PMO governance framework, ensuring standardized planning assumptions, controlled replanning, and governed handling of off rhythm or exception scenarios.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies and handovers across Solution, Test, Data Migration, Change, and Rollout streams, ensuring synchronized execution, clear entry/exit criteria, and avoidance of siloed or conflicting planning logic.
  • Provide executive level insights through integrated planning views, dashboards, and reports; prepare steering committees and management boards with fact based status, scenario impacts, risks, and mitigation options derived from the IPP.
  • Lead program wide dependency management, ensuring tight linkage between risks, milestones, quality gates, and delivery commitments, and supporting program leadership in safeguarding delivery stability and value realization.
What You Bring
  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable discipline; advanced certifications are a strong advantage
  • Extensive experience in PMO leadership, program management, or large scale transformation roles within complex IT or ERP environments
  • Proven hands on leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, preferably within multi wave, factory based, or industrialized rollout models
  • Deep expertise in Integrated Program Planning and established program and portfolio management frameworks (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2), combined with strong command of enterprise planning and tracking tools such as Jira
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in multi factory, multi vendor delivery models, balancing governance rigor with delivery pragmatism
  • Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership when required
