About the Role
- Lead the company-wide roll-out and implementation of product and solution security programs across all Siemens Energy business areas.
- Define and execute strategies to increase the industrial cybersecurity maturity level of our portfolio, driving necessary campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders in cybersecurity and the business.
- Ensure the successful adaptation of central governance, policies, and tools, including the Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS) portal.
- Support the product management of the ICS portal by gathering, prioritizing, and managing business demands and requirements for the tool's ongoing development.
- Collaborate closely with portfolio management and technical experts across business units in securing products and solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of industrial cybersecurity policies, processes, and guidelines for the manufacturing and production domain of Siemens Energy.
- Master’s degree in industrial automation, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field, complemented with deep technical knowledge of security in industrial products and solutions.
- Strong background and extensive experience in product and solution security, particularly within the industrial domain. Expert knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks for industrial automation and control systems, with detailed knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443. Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert or equivalent) are a plus.
- Proven experience in product development lifecycles and the integration of solutions in complex industrial environments. At least 5 years of experience working with security topics for industrial product development and/or solution integration environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to describe complex technical concepts in simple terms to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in written reports.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a bonus.
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert or equivalent) are a plus.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
