About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Fleet Planning Manager in the Global Planning Organization of Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the success of our global fleet! You will work closely with colleagues worldwide to support long-term planning for new parts and repair business of strategic gas turbine spare parts and contribute to key decisions regarding future load planning for New Units and Service demands. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to our global project managers, the supply base, and the planning of new construction facilities!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead demand and inventory planning for both new and used gas turbine parts across managed fleets in a growing market environment.
- Coordinate long-term planning and slot allocation with internal suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Support the definition of procurement and repair volumes to maintain optimal fleet readiness and cost efficiency.
- Ensure long-term supply security and availability for all parts within the managed fleet.
- Drive the implementation of new component designs and field-based technical solutions to improve fleet reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners (e.g., Sales, Project Management) on commercial and technical matters related to major components, while optimizing inventory strategies and improving forecasting accuracy.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 5+ years of product knowledge experience of gas turbines, including the function, manufacturing processes, and operational behavior of relevant components
- Knowledge of gas services business processes in terms of workflow and organization
- Basic knowledge of business administration and familiarity with applied planning methodology and project planning
- An effective team member with excellent interpersonal skills, strong logical and analytical thinking, and a confident, assertive approach

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
