About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As Facilities Project Manager, you will lead Project Orion, a significant CAPEX investment involving facility and office expansion at our Fort Payne, AL manufacturing site. You will develop detailed project scopes and coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure designs meet operational needs, safety standards, and building codes. On site, you will oversee construction activities, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget. You will also track project budgets and timelines, provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project closeout, including final inspections, documentation handover, and financial reconciliation.
