About the Role
- Architect and optimize business processes to support model-based engineering across PLM and manufacturing systems
- Design workflows that leverage applications like CREO, Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring robust data and process integration.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Align business capabilities with IT strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance for system interoperability and lifecycle management.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement across engineering and IT domains.
- University degree in information technology, business administration, engineering or a related field.
- Longlasting experience in business analysis or solution architect roles along with strong understanding of enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and systems integration.
- Knowledge of end-to-end PLM processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Service) and data flow from PLM (TC) to ERP, including Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
- Experience with CREO (CAD), Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP (Manufacturing); working knowledge of CAM, CAE, and CAQ environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to translate engineering needs into IT solutions and workflows.
- Motivation to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and global team environment.
