A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Business Excellence Process Transformation Lead, you will lead end‑to‑end process reviews and transformations that simplify operations, eliminate waste, and standardize ways of working across the North America Gas Services business. This role facilitates process mapping sessions, identifies pain points, and initiates process redesign to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Leading future‑state process development includes building organizational readiness for change and proactively addressing resistance to ensure successful adoption and long‑term sustainability. Close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Service Operations, Project Management, Sales, Controls & Digitalization, Quality, EHS, and Business Operations—ensures alignment and effective execution of transformation initiatives. Grounded in Lean principles, structured process redesign, and strong change leadership, this role provides leaders with clear, data‑driven updates on progress, risks, and business impact while guiding teams through meaningful, lasting transformation. How You’ll Make an Impact

Responsibilities

  • Establish scalable, standardized process frameworks that enable operational excellence across North America Gas Services
  • Translate business strategy into measurable process improvements by aligning people, process, and technology
  • Enable effective decision‑making through clear process governance, accountability, and enterprise alignment
  • Embed sustainable ways of working to strengthen long‑term change adoption and execution consistency
  • Reduce complexity, handoffs, and variability to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
  • Ensure consistent implementation of future‑state processes across Central, Distributed, and C&D Execution Units
  • Identify opportunities where digital tools, automation, or AI can accelerate or sustain process improvements
  • Influence leaders and teams while monitoring outcomes to ensure transformations deliver lasting business value.

What You Bring

Required

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technology Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation within technical/industrial settings.
  • Advanced Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent) with proven end‑to‑end process redesign experience.
  • Strong change leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑influence skills.
  • Experience working across complex matrixed teams and in operations, transformation, or PMO consulting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and enterprise tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, SharePoint).
  • Ability to use generative AI and identify automation/AI opportunities responsibly, with awareness of data governance.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
