About the Role

- Responsibility for topics related to Network Management data collection, modelling, analyses of key operational parameters within the execution unit
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualization of defined operational OKR’s and other network management KPI’s
- Develop data-driven automation and digitalization of main processes in the value chain (e.g. offer management, order management, engineering, procurement, production and logistics)
- Comprehensive analyses related to operations processes and factories performance, follow-up review and reporting
- Proactive and overall contribution to the continuous optimization of data, value and process chains within the Business Area to become a data-driven, transparent, agile and efficient organization
- Collaborate with factories and other stakeholders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Processes, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable and several years of experience in relevant business field
- Proficiency in tools like SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, JIRA, MS-Office; adaptable and eager to learn in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and digital transformation with a strong technical & analytical expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence change, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Skilled at multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in the field of production would be beneficial
