A Snapshot of Your Day

The Training Administrator is responsible for coordinating, administering, and supporting all aspects of employee training programs. This role ensures smooth delivery of training sessions, maintains accurate training records, and supports trainers and participants to enhance learning outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, and technology setup.
  • Track attendance, completion rates, and feedback for all training activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support training initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and facilitators.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, or high school diploma
  • 1-2 years in training coordination, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating with 3rd part vendors include purchase order creation and invoicing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with advanced English proficiency.

About the Team

 

Training Center Americas is responsible for delivering technical and non-technical training for Gas Services Field Service Personnel. We partner with Service Operations and Service Engineering departments to ensure high value training to fill the needs of personnel.
