About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Project Controller managing two regions within North America, working closely with Technical Counterparts, Customer Sites, and Project Managers to ensure forecasts
are accurate and timely. Review projects status, look at potential risks and brainstorm solutions. Manage financial results, accounting treatments in accordance with IFRS and risks through local and global resource pool.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
- Professionally oriented to financial analysis with expertise in reporting and controlling
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 analysis and general accounting
- Great communication skills to stay aligned with business partners
- Forecasting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle matrix organization with multiple reporting lines
- Support I-apps as needed with knowledge of DCF & Options Comparison
What You Bring
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics or related field
- Professional Experience (5 years) in (managing commercial activities and controlling & accounting)
- Technical Knowledge (SAP, Excel, Reporting, Financial analysis, Power BI a plus)
- (English), at professional working proficiency level
- Teamwork orientation with positive attitude

- Proactive

Remote team is spread throughout the Americas, with separate teams focusing on North America and Latin America. A significant portion of the transactional duties are performed by a global group located in another region/country and the Regions must ensure accurate results. Parallel technical Regional Manager is primary partner, and day to day focus is ensuring an optimized Real Estate portfolio.
