How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Assistance in shaping products according to real user needs
  • Translation of insights into clear design recommendations
  • Improvement of development and refinement of solutions relied upon by Siemens Energy teams
  • Support for UX research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Analysis of behavioral data and usage patterns to derive meaningful insights
  • Preparation of research findings and data analyses in clear summaries to guide UX decisions
What You Bring
  • Passion for UX and curiosity about user interactions, with ongoing studies in UX, psychology, HCI, engineering, or related fields
  • Fundamental understanding of user-centered design, research methods, usability principles, and testing
  • Practical experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, including creation of wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
  • Experience with web technologies, B2B/SaaS environments, and basic awareness of front-end constraints
  • Strong communication skills: asking insightful questions, clearly explaining ideas, and active listening
  • Analytical and structured approach combined with creative problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to work in a fully remote international team
