- Drive and coordinate your own smaller strategy projects/modules for the business together with regions/functions
- Design and execute competitor benchmarks and analyses
- Gain a sound understanding of the Controls & Digitalization markets, business, and the economics of the energy transition while having a great experience with a fantastic team that goes beyond expectations
- Present your results to senior management
- Bring in your outside perspective to challenge the status quo and existing approaches
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields
- Excellent academic results
- First work experience through an internship in industry, consulting, or a comparable field
- Consulting-like skills (problem structuring, analyzing, solving), strong communication and social skills, high motivation
- Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Fluent English; German is a plus but not required
