A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role you will support the strategic procurement team working with indirect services and advisory topics, gaining insights into various business areas.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support for the development of commodity strategies through market research, basic data analysis, and preparation of insights
- Assistance in the implementation and use of procurement processes, tools, and systems (e.g., P2P, procurement guidelines, IT tools)
- Preparation of data, documentation, and presentations to support negotiations and sourcing activities
- Support of savings analyses, cost transparency initiatives, and tracking and documentation of results
- Assistance in supplier management activities, including documentation collection, profile updates, and evaluation support
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including analysis of supplier quotations, comparison of commercial conditions, and structured communication
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- Previous experience as a working student or intern (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and analytical interest
- Proficiency in English in both written and spoken form
