We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Worker to join our Offshore Wind Business - Product Management Servies team. As a Student Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting our team's efforts in the offshore wind industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with senior leadership, and make a meaningful contribution to our Technology and business initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and innovations in the offshore wind industry
- Compare and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Assist in the development of strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive technology roadmaps
- Develop visually engaging and informative presentations for conferences and internal purposes
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine and improve presentation content
- Practice and enhance your presentation skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related disciplines)
- Strong interest in the offshore wind industry and a passion for sustainable energy solutions
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret technical data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry
