A Snapshot of Your Day
You have the opportunity to work in a dynamic Corporate Assurance function and contribute to Siemens Energy’s evolving environment. You will support the Head of Internal Controls and the Head of Quality Assurance in their daily business while gaining insight into Assurance functions across the globe.
You will contribute to project coordination and help develop AI-driven ideas within the department. By ensuring high data quality in the Assurance tool, you will help build the foundation for automated reporting solutions.
In addition, you will set up and maintain SharePoint sites for the global Internal Controls community and the Quality Assurance function. You will also support the Head of Internal Controls in preparing presentations for senior management.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsibility for internal department communications through the creation, editing, and publication of engaging content, including news posts, presentations, videos, and other communication materials
- Management and continuous enhancement of the department SharePoint site and internal communication channels, ensuring up-to-date, well-structured, and easily accessible information for employees
- Support of day-to-day administrative and organizational activities in close collaboration with the department assistant, contributing to smooth and efficient department operations
- Preparation of presentations and communication materials, execution of administrative tasks, and coordination of management meetings and strategic initiatives in support of department leadership
- Organization of department meetings, workshops, and team events, as well as support of project coordination and tracking of departmental initiatives within a global and international environment
What You Bring
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical experience in content creation and the use of multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Camtasia, CapCut, or comparable video and graphic editing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
- Strong English and German communication skills, combined with creativity, proactivity, and a passion for internal communications, digital channel management, and stakeholder collaboration in an international environment
