A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student, you will provide assistance in carrying out procurement tasks such as but not limited to analyzing procurement data, balancing supplier interactions and master data maintenance.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Creating and monitoring Purchase orders, securing order confirmations and delivery dates
  • Securing and checking supplier documentation, such as supplier declarations, certificates of origin and others.
  • Responsibility for the material supply (in time and in proper quantity) and in parallel securing the proper stock.
  • Interaction and close cooperation with the following internal departments: Quality Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing and externally to Suppliers

What You Bring
  • Current Studies preferably in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good knowledge and interest in procurement
  • Advanced MS Office tools
  • Preferably some SAP/ ERP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proactive /self-initiative
