A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student for Project Management Support, you will have the opportunity to works as a project member and actively coordinate activities necessary to complete project tasks assigned by the Project or Program Manager.
You will be part of a community of like-minded individuals, eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Will collaborate with experienced professionals and fellow students, gaining hands-on experience in project management while contributing to meaningful projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your organizational, communication, and technical skills, all while making a tangible impact on the success of our initiatives. How you’ll make an impact
- Runs and follows up on activities within the project organization.
- Consolidates data for the creation of project slide deck presentation.
- Organizes meeting/workshop setups
- Engages and coordinates with project team members, vendors and stakeholders
- May assist in estimating budget and schedule projects based on scope and other benchmarks
- May functions as a liaison to client stakeholders and project team members to ensure completion of projects in accordance with defined standards from inception through completion
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proficiency in MS365 (SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot) and eager to explore AI capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- German speaking is an advantage
